RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 14 days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at cheers@hopbombapparel.ca.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, including a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please allow up to 5-7 days for your returned items to be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund gets posted.  If you still do not see a pending refund, please contact me at cheers@hopbombapparel.ca.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale, with the exception of the Hop Bomb Apparel Co. branded shirt.

Shipping
To return your product send me an email at cheers@hopbombapparel.ca and I will send you instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
