Called them for tracking and followed up until he received an answer and it showed up on time. Great customer service which seems to be lacking these days from stores. This hoodie is of top quality and is currently my most comfy hoodie. The graphics are cool as well, I've had a lot of compliments wearing this hoody around the local watering holes.
